Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00PM, & Saturday 9:00AM to Noon.


Q. What information do you need to design a kitchen?
A. Just a very basic drawing of your room. These measurements should include wall lengths and heights, window sizes including any moldings, and the measurement from the corner to the window center. Q. How long does it take to design a kitchen?
A. An average kitchen takes 30-40 minutes to design. However if a kitchen is large or complicated the design process can take 2-4 hours. (This is unusual).


Q. How are you different from the large chain home improvement stores?
A. At Cabinet Surplus we specialize in kitchen and bath only. We do not sell lumber or wiring or lawn mowers. By specializing on one facet of your home we are better able to concentrate our efforts to the many details involved in kitchen design. Also, at Cabinet Surplus, we have a very low employee turnaround, our people tend to stay with us, assuring you that the person you spoke with last month will still be here this month. Lastly, and perhaps most important, we are owned and operated by a partnership of 3 brothers, assuring that at least one owner will always be on hand to make decisions or solve problems should they occour.


Q. What do you stock?
A. We currently stock four different lines of solid wood kitchen cabinets including oak, hickory, cherry, and maple.  In addition we stock numerous styles of vanities, bathtubs, showers, whirlpools, toilets, medicine cabinets, light bars, faucets, and countertops. In addition to our large inventory, we are able to order virtually any item related to kitchen and bath.


Q. How long does it take to order an item?
A. Ordered items generally take 4-5 weeks to arrive.


Q. What is your return policy?
A. In stock items may be returned if they have not been installed, and if the original packaging is present. Custom ordered items are not returnable.
